I must say I'm very jealous. I have some really wonderful blogs that I follow. I wish I could say mine was in the same class. I never seem to post even though I told myself I would post daily or if not weekly. Well I lied to myself......
Where do all of you find such interesting things to post about.
I guess I must live a really really boring life.

Don't worry about not posting. I just post whenever the mood strikes me. Sometimes it's about sewing and sometimes about my flowers. I don't think I could blog on a set schedule if I had to! LOL
ReplyDeleteI made a commitment that I would post each day on my blog...back in Jan of 2011. I just wanted to learn about blogging. I've learned a ton in the last 6 months!
ReplyDeleteI started with a theme for a few of the days each week...and the other days I would just fill in.
You could follow some of the blogs that already do that and incorp into your blog...WIP is Wed's work in progress. Or there is a Favorite Things Friday...
"piggie-backing" is a fun way to get to know other bloggers too.
Sometimes I would share a great idea from someone else's blog...as long as you do a link to their blog and give them credit...they don't mind 'cause it sends people to their blog from yours.
You could also do a book review each week on a certain day...quilt books, kids books, etc

Dear Sue..I have just started blogging and have felt the same way..but I have found that when I compare myself to others it can be my undoing. Your life and your gifts are unique to you and you bless those around you in ways that you may never know when you share them..so don't listen to the doubt, you can always learn of course and we will too with you! Do keep sharing what is special about you Sue and believe me we will all love you for it...God bless and keep you!
